Foundation Package Manager
We are looking for the best in class Package Manager for Foundation to join our elite team of industry experts at Copenhagen Offshore Partners.
A unique and challenging opportunity for a competent and experienced Foundation Package Manager. You will become an integral part of the company and have distinct responsibility as Package Manager in one of our new market projects in either Taiwan or US.
COP is a specialized provider of project development and construction management services to offshore wind projects. COP is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark with offices in Taipei, Boston and Melbourne and is currently working on projects in the UK, Germany, the US, Canada, Australia and Taiwan.
Projects are at the core of what we do at COP, and therefore you will work directly in projects and you should be willing to relocate to either Taiwan or US. In the development phase, up to the investment decision and during construction the majority of the project organization will be located in the project’s home land. However early stage development will be done out of our Copenhagen headquarters.
Areas of responsibility
Your primary task will be to deliver complete installed and commissioned foundation assets ready to be handed over to operations. As a Package Manager you will develop and lead a specialized team in the EPC organization.
You will proactively ensure that the works are carried out based on balanced contracts and optimized with respect to time, costs and HSEQ, including negotiation and recommendation of relevant contracts.
Furthermore, your tasks will be to:
- head project meetings and participate in cross-project meetings and other relevant meetings
- manage the operational and technical scope, including planning and execution of the package
- manage schedule and budgets
- tender, negotiate and manage relevant contracts
- manage risk and interface
- manage communication and relevant stakeholders
- ensure high focus on quality and HSE are maintained
You will have a suitable degree in engineering and can demonstrate outstanding results achieved from previous experience within foundation package management in both development and construction.

Your qualifications include:
- a degree in engineering preferably structural or mechanical engineering
- project management training (preferable PMP)
- experience with procurement and contracting
- effective computer skills; Microsoft Office Software incl. Power Point
- international work experience
